Day 1 Date: 23.1.24 Subject: E.M.G. Test Today, I thoroughly documented my partner's Electromyography (E.M.G.) test, capturing each step with meticulous detail. The reassuring results dispelled any lingering concerns. The visual record unfolded as I photographed the process, printed a series of images, and carefully affixed them onto a white cardboard. Concurrently, I methodically wound a white thread, aligning it with the precise movements of the sphygmograph needle. Each image was thoughtfully labeled for clarity, and noteworthy observations during the test were duly noted. The comprehensive format of 48-33 cm was chosen for the visual representation. Day 2 - Date: 24.1.24 Subject: Pain Today, the nurse couldn't find the vein during the blood test. I felt the pain, but I glimpsed the light through the windows in the nurse's room. Action: I pierced the cardboard and threaded a red string through several holes. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Day 3 - Date: 25.1.24 Today, my daughter underwent a challenging medical procedure. As a concerned observer, I witnessed the slow recovery, resembling healing puzzle pieces falling into place. Act: I wrote a text along and across the frame, "A Healing Puzzle." Some of the windows are painted in a light gray, as if pathways leading to recovery and progress.
Day 4 - January 26th, 2024 Subject: Fragrance of Citrus The joy brought by the citrus fruit encompasses all senses—taste, scent, sight, delight, and hearing (as it falls to the ground). Act: A fresh photograph of mine in the morning, peeling citrus fruit and drying the peels in the homemade oven. The entire house filled with the wonderful aroma of essential oil. I hung the peels on the windows made of cardboard, reveling in the beauty and joy they brought.
Day 5 - January 27th, 2024 Today, I sipped the freshly squeezed juice I extracted this morning from vibrant citrus fruits. Now, I feel a surge of vitality, thanks to the orange and yellow hues of the citrus essence. I captured a close-up photo of the citrus delight, and after extracting the juice, I carefully baked the peels until they were completely dried. Tying them with a white thread, I hung the peels immediately after juicing, creating a splendid window through which one can glimpse the essence of health and energy.
Day 6 Date: 28.1.24 Subject: Orange Symbolizes Energy Text: Seeking energy for the new week, aiming to focus on the positive. Action: Wrapped orange thread around the cardboard windows, a soothing activity. Within it hides a Clementine peel, carefully preserved in its circular form. After another round in the oven, I indulged in the delightful aroma in the kitchen while enjoying the fruit in a bag. Feeling energized once again. Medium: Cardboard with windows.
Day 7, 28.1.24 Subject: Contemplating Text: What do I see? What do I feel? Waiting for an answer, a point of view, listening to myself. Act: Capturing my eye with a camera, printing, cutting a square from the gradient, waiting to see what tomorrow will bring. Medium: Cardboard with windows.
Day: 8 Date: 30.1.24 Subject: Glimpse from the Tangle Text: Amos, I gaze through the tangle, waiting not to disturb. Action: Bending a thin white thread horizontally and diagonally caused the cardboard to change its shape. I then slid a photograph of my eye gazing through. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Day: 9 Date: 31.1.24 Subject: Clarification Text: The rearrangement of the windows allows me a different perspective, and the soft, pleasant breeze opens up something good for me. Action: I connected three cardboard frames with my artistic imagination and received an abundance of windows. Carefully, I placed the smooth plastic net and added a photo of my eye, this time with glasses. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Day: 10 Date: 1.2.24 Subject: Topography Text: I contemplate the topography through the windows and ask, where do I stand? In a higher place? In a lower place? How do I feel? And I continue to explore. Action: I created a relief on a white canvas using various materials that formed textures and depth. Medium: White canvas with textured relief.
Date: 2.2.24 Title: "Every Day from the Beginning" Reflection: "What can the cutting action of the cardboard offer me? To see from a slightly different perspective that every day is a new beginning with gentle movements. Therefore, there is the connection of icons and not adhesion. Will there be insights? Clarifications? Definitely new challenges!" Action: Cutting several windows in the material, connecting icons diagonally with remnants of cardboard from another, and writing text in various directions. Medium: Cardboard with windows.
Day 12 3.2.24 Subject: Transparent White Sketch Text: Today is Saturday, I desire tranquility, the sound of rain, the scent of winter, and I calm down. What do I experience through the windows? Action: I sketch white lines and circles on transparent plastic with a white marker, and I stretch it over the cardboard grating. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Day 13 4.2.24 Subject: Transparency and Sealing Text: I feel that the rolling and folding actions move my hands from the elbow to the shoulder, as if I am dancing while sitting. This action calms my soul and brings me joy. The result of transparency in rolled cardboard and sealing in two columns intrigues me to observe their behavior, both during the day and in the nighttime illumination. Action: Rolling the cardboard, attaching it to nylon on one column, and only one layer of nylon on the second column. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Day 14 5.2.24 Subject: Embracing Text: Once again, I roll the cardboard, curious to look through crumpled silk paper, obtaining an intriguing result without the ability to see through the windows but rather the cardboard's ridges. The thread I used to roll the paper around the cardboard amazed me with the outcome. Action: Rolling crumpled silk paper around the cardboard, securing it with a thread. Day 15 Date: 6.2.24 Subject: Glance Window Text: Through the paper, the world appears blurred. I am searching for brightness, so I left a window of opportunities. And what do I see? Day: 18 Date: 9.2.24 Subject: Cutting from a notebook Text: How do I observe through windows of different sizes and shapes? Is it different? The joints/icons create a new and intriguing maze. Day 22 Date - 13.2.24 Subject - Liberating Text - Cutting without planning. Painful and frustrated with our harsh reality. Like a life puzzle, I approach but don't adhere because what was will not be. Action - Arbitrarily cutting parts of the cardboard and placing them close but not snugly. Day 23 Date - 14.2.24 Subject - Pile Text - The difficult days affect me. I pile up the parts of the puzzle and see the crumbling structure. It saddens me. Action - Collecting all the pieces into a pile and unsuccessful attempts to connect them with paper clips. Medium - Cardboard with windows.
Day 24 Date - 15.2.24 Subject - Sadness and Optimism Text - A visit to the Gaza envelope shook me. I look and can't believe it; it hurts terribly, I can't breathe. I find comfort in the "Red South," nature is stronger than anything. Action - Photographing a burnt house in Kfar Aza that I visited today and another photo of anemones in full bloom right next to the wounded kibbutz. Cutting a few windows like a view from a balcony at the perfect bloom. Medium - Cardboard with windows.
Day 25 Date - 16.2.24 Subject - Iron 3 Text - Iron 3 is intended for construction. It is a red and heavy metal. I have only seen this iron in Kfar Aza, not in its manufactured form leaving the production line, but torn, bent, and crying out to the heavens. My soul is in turmoil. Will we succeed in rebuilding???? I photographed hope for recovery. Action - Photographing a pile of iron coming out of the factory and waiting to be used, meanwhile rusting... Day 26 Date - 17.2.24 Subject - Help!!!!! Text - What will happen???? There is no answer... My heart is full of sorrow, pain, and worry. Yesterday, today, tomorrow??? Action - My hands clean a dirty table with a wet cloth. The cardboard grid is painted black, and on it, there are signs of engraving. Medium - Cardboard with windows
Date: 18/2 Day: 27 Subject: Opening a Window Text: Opening a window of opportunities for observation. Abstract shapes that I identified from a photo of mine on the beach. Date: 19/2 Day: 28 Subject: Dimension of Depth, Light, and Shadow Text: The remnants I placed one on top of the other and turned slightly allowed me to contemplate myself and see that the amount of light is significant on the dark that becomes clearer. Action: Placing all the remnants one on top of the other and slowly shifting resulted in this outcome. Medium: Cardboard with windows
Date: 20/2 Day: 29 Subject: New Angles for Observation Text: I created a large and wide scroll that allows me to see from different heights, with a new perspective, in different directions, and anticipate what I will see? Subject: Calming down
Text: I was frustrated, so I folded the cardboard. The folding action drew me into observing the swaying stick, providing a kind of meditation. I observed the stick, not just through the windows, and I calmed down.
Action: Folding cardboard into an upright position and hanging a stick that I found today in the sea.

Subject: Observing a Floating Frame
Text: Observing the movement of the floating cardboard is calming and intriguing. The cardboard slowly stiffens, and the white coating begins to detach from the gray cardboard—a fascinating process.
